TAAAAAAAANK!

I'm about the same height and it's around 80-85 kg, fluctuating depending how much I move.

Not much lately, that's why it's going up, e_e
I already knew all this. I'm great. I'm 175cm and weigh 135kg. Still I know how it should be.

Midgets! Maybe we can hire some midgets to work in our mines in the mountains, even if most mines are now closed or become museums .
I think there must still be something that it's worth a lot of € in the heart of the mountains.

Btw we need fit midgets, because midgets that are wider than long are not suited for this kind of job.

Are you ready to become legendary dwarves?

To be honest, I never had problems with my height. 1,75 is perfect because you fit into standard stuff, I never have to search for anything for a long time. Combined with average weight and average foot size, I save so much time during shopping, love it.
Average people ftw.

Midget?

Well, I can't see what's so fun about hitting every tree branch and doorway with your head.

I know you are joking, but dwarf is 140 at max, I think.

I wouldnt wanna be taller than 185 I think. Why should that be the perfect size? Cuz you are between 187 and 190?

Im 180 and weigh 73-74 atm, at 190 it would become pretty hard to build muscle.

Nope i'm 181. But 187 would be perfect. You're not too tall. But you're not short either. Tho this got nothing to do with nutrition lol

188 and 100 kg. I'd prefer to be closer to 95kg, but anything under 93 and I start feeling puny. At 100kg I'm fine though. I eat what I like, vegetarian about 2 days of the week, and manly man food on 1 or 2 others with the rest in between. Plus, when the zombie apocalypse hits, I've got a few days of calories stored up already

I recently started a whiskey diet. It' very simple. you drink as much whiskey as you like. And the results come fast:
I already lost a couple of days.

That's actually not true, shorter people do not gain muscles easier than taller guys.
It's mostly that if you have  shorter limbs it's easier to look more "thick" and compact.

Let's say there are 2 skinny guys with a similar body structure,  but one is 170 cm tall and the other is 190cm.  Let's asume that after x time  they both gain 10 kilos of muscles, who do you think would look "bigger" ? obviously the 170cm tall guy would look more "buffed up", because he has "less space" to distribute the mass he gained, his muscles  would  be thicker and wider, he would look more "compact" if you want , but that doesn't mean he has more muscles than the taller guy, because they both gained the same amount of muscle mass.

That's why pro body builders are generally short, it's hard to find Mr.Olympia level body builders taller than 180cm. Shorter guys can look more thick with less mass.

"The reason bodybuilders are short, is, as others have said, because it's easier to fill out a smaller frame. Why? Because your limb length is shorter, and you're building muscle at the same rate. Therefore althought it is technically the same amount of muscle, the illusion of the smaller frame makes it appear larger. "

i woulnd't call it "illusion" tho, because they are actually wider-thicker.

Good thread. I've been eating lots of cottage cheese (or quark?) with berries, different kind of seeds, oat and rye bran. Also have tried to eat more vegetables, fruits etc. Feels better than eating lots of wheat bread  :P And ofc trying to eat healthy "proper" meals.

Currently about 185/70, few more kilos of muscle wouldn't do any harm.

[Same goes for apple chips.

Wow, I must try out this one.

If it works out well, I think I found the ultimate alternative to junk food. I only need something to snack and snack on anyway, I don't really mind if it's an apple one lol.
