Well, if you look at the logs I said sry and he said something like "np lolol" a few seconds before and "how much hp have you left" after.

I'd apreciate that.
If you do it we can drop this from my side, but I'm really getting tired of all the people around attacking teammates on purpose without punishment.

Very well, Kareem should consider this as a warning, if he does it again the punishment will be more severe.
