Also, looks like tommy kills someone right after he hits you. You might have stepped into a couch+horse run over when he was aiming for someone behind you.

Since TommyHu has no previous ban record going to say this was more than likely an accident.
probably bumped you by mistake and turned around to try to save you from excav the guy he killed moments after you died.
