Can't see anything on strat

Well i can seethe map and all but I can't do anything on strat, like my character is frozen. I can't enter a fief, nothing.

I'm not the only one with this stuff. and Internet explorer was an example, i had clicked on his name and nothing popped up on the left side....

I can't join a faction but i can manage my inventory.

Same thing is happening to me too.

Can’t join faction in strategus nor create one.
Can’t see a list on the left side of the map where it has the info on people’s list of names.
Cant attack people’s dots yet can attack peoples fiefs.
