Ridiculous Ways to Die

Let's pour some drama in here:

- Getting lanced in the back while crossing an open field.
- Getting shot in the open.
- Being bumped to death because you have your bow drawn and can't jump
- Dying together with your seven infantry mates to a single horse crossbowman at the end of the round because MOTF doesn't show up.
- Dying upon spawning by spawnraping cav, because you happen to not have a fast machine
- Desperately charging up a hill full of archers in the try of having fun and hoping the best instead of hiding behind a rock and waiting for MOTF for ages
- Being outrun by a tincan although you have lighter armour and more ATH, because a few sticks slow you down
- Trying to take on several enemies at once and dying in that process.

or trying to jump somewhere for a suprise attack only to surf on the enemies heads. down a bunch of stairs, then fallinh to your death looking like a moron.

I hate it when people edge right out of the way of your swing and then proceed to gut you with the very tip of their sword.  I always fall for it and it's like the extra points I put into power strike and iron flesh have done nothing.

One of the most embarrassing is when u jump off a wall (in siege, probably) in a manner that you have rehearsed hundreds of times, only to land .000001 meters off the only safe patch of land, and die.

Always sucks when you are the last person alive on defense, your whole team is watching you... enemy on the flag... yeah, you get the picture.

Glancing 3 times off of a team mate who is behind you trying to climb up your arsehole only to be killed by the guy you tried to hit 3 times.

My favorite is when you are having a ranged "duel" with someone. Doesn't matter if it's archery, crossbow, or throwing. When you both fire a killing shot and die within the same second from each other. It's funny every single time.

Wasn't me, but - falling to death, as you backpedal off a roof, typing to the other guy left alive to jump down or die.

I think the only way I have not died in crpg yet is to jump from a great height with a horse, the horse gets shot in midair so it cannot take the falling damage instead of me and I get crushed upon landing.

I think I have experienced pretty much everything else so far, falling in differenty ways, being shot by all projectile weapons in every part of the body, being bumped, couched, whatever...

Retiring, coming back as a peasant, and doing a 1000+ times repeated jump over a death valley/opening only to realize that you didn't raise that athletics one bit just yet

And no, straw hat parashute still does not work.

Being blasted off my horse only to have me horse stampede the guy that killed me to death straight after, nothing beats watching Nibles kill some shmo in vengeance "NAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
