This happened few minutes ago on eu_3.
I was making some duels on eu_3. I was wanting to duel shaman but he insta insulted me and didn't accept my duels. ( i didn't screen his insults but check the logs )
So i dueled his mate spamwhore. Here Shaman becomes to be mad and start a kick poll while i was dueling spamwhore, this probably contribue to my lose and it's call interfering in duel.
Since his poll was reasonless, i came back on the server and start a poll by myself because i don't accept that kind of babyish behavior.
But they were to many of his teammates waiting for the battle on the server and my poll was rejected (46%).
