Can I get my character switched over to a new serial code?

Got a new copy of the game via steam and I don't know my old serial code so I get the "This Character doesn't belong to you" message when trying to play.

Appreciate any help.

PM me details about your old account/characters so i can verify that you own it (like account name, characters, level, gold, creation date, etc.) or if you linked a forum account on the old one send me a PM from it.
