Alright, so I just went through about a day's worth of the siege logs, and didn't see any real evidence for teamwounding (ie. no TW reports), but the chat logs were painful.
What I would have done, had I been there, was mute him. I can't make out any of the "nudge glitching" you were referring to, so I'd say using the kick poll was the best option for you and the others making complaints against him in server.
So, what I will do is give him a strong warning to chill out, and if I do catch him griefing in server, I'll do whatever seems necessary. The other admins will as well.
