Issue with Main Character....

So I believe i've only ever played on one character, and it is set as an alternate.  I changed my name when I retired and I can't seem to set my character as a Hero to play Strategus.  I tried making a new character to set as a hero, but I cant seem to do it on the new character either.

looked great, I got to the page, set BigJim as my hero- went to join strategus and it told me "you must select a hero" is there an admin that can assist?  Thankyou so much for the attempt, i really appreciate it.

There is most likely something wrong on your end. Did you select the region on the hero creation page? And after you clicked the button does it say that BigJim is now your current hero or does it display the creation page again?

Ahh... all is well now.  Thanks for the help guys - sorry about the noobism.  I think I had forgotten to select the region.  At least now this is in the forums for the next dumby to search for haha.
