There's a foreign movie about Gengis Khan, that I saw. Even though subtitled, that was an Awesome movie. Sadly, I saw it in the Bahamas with my dad on vacation over christmas and can't remember the name. Will look for it though.

It's got 2 names: Mongol and Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan. VERY GOOD MOVIE. Highly Recommended. Not a HUGE amount of Action, but a large and well developed story. One of the best movies I've seen(even with subtitles). It's in russian, hmmm....Thought it was actually in a diff langauge.

I couldn't find any trailers or info on serial but you peaked my interest, I love super long epics. Does it go by any other names possibly or can you give me a bit more info?

My favorite medieval movie had to be Kingdom of Heaven. Before reading this thread though I had no idea there was an extended edition. Now i'm gonna have to go out and buy it.

I absolutely hated the movie Ironclad. It didn't even feel like a battle it had like 10 guys defending and 70 attacking! It was just filled with overly done gore, which is a turn off for me.

I really liked Alexander and Troy a lot too.

Yeah the extended version was 10x better. Fleshed out the story so much more and actually made some things make sense. Like how the fuck he knew how to build all that siege shit when he's a blacksmith. O right he was an engineer in various wars for his lord.

This THE one and only medieval movie you ever need to watch to really get into this mod, this movie depicts c-rpg community so truthfully i think the guys from monty python invented a time machine and made the script to holy grail while playing c-rpg in the future.
