Conquest 1453 is the best movie ever made. A must watch.

I also enjoyed the Last Kingdom.

Vince  iranians for example saw 300 as an anti iranian propaganda movie.

Hooooly shit, Outlaw King was so good. The opening shot was fucking brilliant, 8 or so epic minutes without a single cut.

Outlaw King was pretty decent, but it had some very strange writing, and the ending was abrupt and didn't really make sense from a good scriptwriting point of view. Also, the whole wife-and-daughter-kidnapper thing was pointless, they could've cut that entire plotline and literally nothing would have been lost.

Yeah I thought Outlaw King was solid considering it was a Netflix film. 7/10 wasn't a super satisfying film.

Yeah Outlaw King was decent enough. Not spectacular, but given that we don't really get that many movies that try to be historically authentic, I'll take it.

Watched this recently- Rise of the Clans-Documentary First episode is documentary of the events in Outlaw King
Surprised how Outlaw King follows this very closely for the most part, a good half an hour where it basically describes the film!
Then it turns out the film's events should have actually happened over 8 years

Still I'm impressed

Last two seasons were definitely downhill overall. But still had some crushing episodes. Love the show in terms of enjoyment while watching even if there are some pretty big problems with the story or how they laid it out.

Ever since they departed from the books the quality has definitely suffered, but at this point we're all invested that we're gonna watch no matter what. And it isn't like the recent seasons were outright bad or unwatchable, sadly they were still better than most else of what is on tv.
