Her Majesty the Duchessa’s royal dwarf stumbled inside the war room, carrying whatever beverage she and her lot of brave, but slightly misguided warriors had ordered to serve as fuel for the fiery discussions that were taking place. Hectaure was used to this, but the royal scolding he got from his Duchesse after accidently slamming the door informed him what was taking place, at that right moment, was beyond the usual mere tactical jabbering.
« But, my Duquessa, the Hounds of Chulainn have done naught to us yet! What of the talks of peace we used to hold? What about the ways of diplomacy? Bloodshed and pain only would come out of such an act! » Cried out Chancellor Bonsai as the dwarf was pouring the beverages, who only had to lift his eyes up the next second to see Bonsai blindfolded and carried off by the others – against his will – in the next room.
« Silence, all! » Began Arowaine. « Hounds of Chulainn, they call themselves! More like poodles if you ask me! » her voice sent shivers down Hectaure’s spine.
« They relentlessly and viciously attacked our castles in the past, and now they make war against our new allies! How can they even wish for their pitiful peace to last in these conditions? »
The royal dwarf closed the doors behind him silently. Yet he still heared very clearly.
