Urist: - fixed a nudge bug when try to do it as spectator
harald: Fixed char deletion, only checks for faction now if hero is the same as char to delete.
Urist: - fixed bug that one cannot kick without using nudge once
Urist: - slowed down HX reload anim by 50%
Urist: - made HA penalty for HX bigger
Urist: RAGEBALL: - fix for tackle and running kick
Urist: RAGEBALL: - another fix for tackle .,.
Urist: RAGEBALL: - readded weather handling to fight the eternal night issue on eu6
Urist: - update for nudges/ made a connecting shove prevent movement / 2h pommel deals longer stagger when heavy weapon + high str diff between dealer and receiver
Urist: - fixed knockback issues with nudge. victim defending should lower knockback distance. attack increases it.
Urist: - changed couch damage modifier from 0.35 to 0.45

Now HX will basically never run out of ammo, which will result in even longer rounds.
