CTD on 1 pc but not the other.

I have been playing on my desktop with no problems since the patch came out.

On my laptop I have been trying for over 2 hours to join a game.  No matter how I go about installing the patch I CTD as soon as I join a server.  So far I have tried installing 0.200 then installing the patch to 0.201.  Tried installing just 0.201 full install.  Tried copying native and renaming to cRPG then overwriting with the full 0.201.

Anyone else with the same problem, or been able to solve this?

A quick solution would be to load native, then try to join a cRPG server.

This will cause the game to load cRPG and it seems to work from there.

Although a fix from chadz would be nice too...
