I haven't played lately, but I think you can blame the archers adaptding to the archery nerfs, especially the body damage nerf. They simply get better. I mean, the amount of successfull blocks went up since cRPG started as well, and we are now on a ridiculous level of blocking.

I don't want to attack you in any way, I just don't think the devs increase the head hitbox. So higher skill would be the only explanation left.

That is probably the case, however, aren't the head hitboxes still bigger than the model?
It feels like you will headshot if you hit 20cm above a head. Why is that?

Maybe decrease head hitboxes but double or triple the points given.

I think it's more about the movement of your character.

The arrow come 20 cm of my head, but i still get headshotted. in my screen i moved, but for the game, my body is still 20 cm behind me.

(i hope my english is understandable  :| )
