Nudges are already getting abused

There is a combination you can't normally counter - nudge+kick+hit
unsuccessfull nudge won't really be a problem for the one nudging, so it's just a forgiving way to unforgively hit opponent.

Either remove nudge (yeah, I don't really like it) or make it impossible to kick after it a short while.

Next patch I put kick on the nudge cooldown timer. That means you can't kick after a nudge.

Nudge should be disabled  until a counter is added, or at least increase/add the cooldown time between Kick and nudge.

Do you, devs play enough your mod to realize how it's abused ?

I don't see what the point of nudge is there's already enough bullshit bump stuns from cav. Why was polestun removed & kick nerfed then they add a new cheapo stun attack?

But the cooldown on kick after nugde seems like a good fix to avoid letting people combo you for free hits

Its because its new and people dont like new things, but i also do believe Nudge is a little Op atm, its very easy to spam it over and over again. But saying that, people are starting to find out a way to counter it, i've encountered a lot of people kicking and nudging back, if someone is up in your face and they ahve a 1h, you know they are going to nudge you, just kick.

But i believe a small nerf and time for people to get used to it being part of the game should do. It a very cool concept but i thiink it would be a good idea to remove it until all classes have it

Nudge is horribly implemented. As I called it earlier, its a gimmick that would be better placed in some brogamer xbox game

I don't even get what is so horrible about the nudge-kick combo, when the nudge itself allows you a free unblockable hit unless you are bad or extremely slow. Also, you can chamberkick the follow up kick you noobs and pwn the nudgemy old friend. Get nudged, hit your kick button -> profit.

The real problem is that you can hold an attack, walk up to someone and nudge is just stupid implementation and this makes it clearly something without a counter. Held hit supresses you and forces you to just take the nudge in the face. Strudog don't flatter yourself, nudging is not hard and has no counter. A competent 1h without shield cannot lose in a 1 vs 1. I have nudged some myself and laughed at those desperate fuckers trying to kick me and get knocked on their ass. Even backpedallers get knocked on their ass if they hold an attack.

Only jumping works as somewhat of a counter, as jumping seems to make you impossible to nudge. Nudge is instant though so you have to do an anticipatory jump, which means Mr. Nudgemy old friend can just wait until you have jumped and nudge you while jump is on cooldown.

Nudge isn't even that bad...its like a somewhat faster kick with shorter range.

If you're up in someone's face, expect to get punched.  I don't get it.
