Also, people (and me) think the red banner is strange. I feel like "blue" is just better, fits more with our theme (and my mail shirt). Anyone got suggestion on how to save it? So far I could think of white raven on blue ground (not gray) or use the same colour scheme the native banner has (the yellow/golden pidgin). Both should be more visible than the old gray raven on blue.

I vote for the native colour scheme: yellow/gold raven on blue.

Important notice: I just noticed the most awesome button ever. You know when you join a faction and select your troop before its equipment is loaded? Just press the "restore to default" button. No need to select every item by hand anymore! Why the hell did no one tell me about it yet :(

Also, I did some tinkering with the banner:

Exactly the yellow of the native pidgin (different, but I always liked the yellow-blue of the native banner):
