I play NA1, mostly during odd hours like around now when there are no admins around.

To be honest, my activity would probably just be limited to kicking afks/leechers, and they're generally not that big of a problem with the new flag system in place (unless flags break).

Pros
Extensive experience as developer/server administrator/admin
I usually don't hold grudges against people, personal relationships don't come into play with silly vidya gayme judgements
Fairly clean ingame/forum history

Cons
I don't really play that often during prime hours since I'm interning/freelancing/trying to get a full-time job.
I tend to be a bit laid back with punishments unless the offense is really serious.
I'm technically in Frisia

I thrive under the anger of NA drama queens.

- As of right now, we don't have admins with permissions on just one server. If you're made admin you will be one for all of the official NA servers (1, 2, 3, 6, 7)

- Being easy to contact helps a lot. Watching for PMs, paying attention to the ban section will be practically required. Familiarize yourself with IRC if you haven't already, and hang out in #mount&blade-crpg on QuakeNet, or just use the IRC webchat feature on the forums.

- It would help to know when you are typically playing the game, and how often you'll have access to the website/forums.
Work as a freelancer so I am gone for multiple days at a time, varying each week. I play at random times throughout the day (early morning, late nights included)

- Keep your post simple. Posting about your experience and qualifications is great, but there's no need to go into too much detail about your past. If you're being considered, you will be contacted.

Also, I think it would be beneficial to add trial admins, as is the case in EU. Everyone could get a public display of a potential full admin's relationship with his new power is.

NA definitely needs an admin located in EU for these early-ish hours when everybody else is at work! (EU invading NA )

Regularly playing on NA1 and NA3 with many different characters. (Since NA2 is never really populated )

All in all I am a law abiding citizen who knows how to admin a server (Am admin on the HRE server, which lately has not been populated though).
Had a few complaints, but as far as I remember all of these could be solved, except for one, which resulted in somebody requestion for my admin powers to be removed. But I guess every admin gets to that point sooner or later

I also like to help people, especially now that we are experiencing an influx of new people. I joined about one year ago so I guess I still count to the younger generation of cRPG players, which I guess makes it easy for me to help new players since me being new is not that long ago.

I do like to have a giggle here and there, but when necessary I can switch to serious.

As for gaming hours:
Til August basically all day
From August it depends on what shift I will work.
Either will be able to play morning - early evening
or
Late night (before I go to work) and afternoon - late evening

Also I am fairly easy to reach, PM both on c-rpg.net and on here, IRC (Would join it whenever my PC is on), steam, or carrier pidgeon. Oh and always on several teamspeak servers as well.
