Nudges don't work on teammates on DTV servers.
On 1st screenshot you see he got reported 5/5 and kicked by Necromanger.

Well, he seems to be quite new. He gets a minor punishment this time. Phalangite_Freelancer banned for one day for poll abusing and teamhitting.
