Poleaxe secondary mode stats

Can anybody provide the secondary mode stats for a Poleaxe? +3 values would be very helpful, although unloomed also works. I'm not too fond of the idea of shelling out 14k gold just to check stats :/

29b at +3, I believe it only gains 2 blunt at +3 so 27b unloomed.
