Well it depends what way you consider "Worse". It has no caffeine and no calories, that's why I'm considering it "better". There's no fat, no protein, no carbs, no caffeine, no calories.

Ok well fuck, apparently there is caffeine...I'll have to let my wife know since she doesn't drink caffeine...just assumed it was caffeine free. Also heard bad things about aspartame, but haven't thought much about it:
