You were last unbanned less than a week ago (6/14/2013) for poll abuse and your extensive and lengthy history of team wounding, team killing, and general griefing has brought you a hair's breadth from being essay banned. Delaying, leeching, and using sky ladders are all offenses and considering your record I've issued you a 11 day ban.
It's really a mystery to me how you managed to get unbanned for auto blocking and then banned half a dozen times again without having to write an essay. It's time for you to cut the shit and clean up your act.
