There are quite a few updates that I miss from the WSE2Beta/official servers: changed nerf speed and corpse hitting being the most important.

This is very important, EU4 really needs the new patch, it still has polestagger and like Byrdie says there is no body soak. i do hope it can be updated, as these aspects do slightly ruin the server, at least for me...
