Came to say both of them.  Goretooth hasn't played in months (probably at least 6 months) and before that for about a year he only played maybe once a month or so.

Also: one post doesn't make any difference, they don't play anymore and they rarely show up on forum which means they're dead. Things like Leshma are not considered dead, he talks more then the whole army of White Walkers combined together.

Bjord and Xant are not missing, same as Leshma. The fact you don't see em on the battlefield doesn't mean they're dead. I hear their voices and feel their stench all the time.
