Take off admin rights from Kaldralinn!!

I was playing in Defend the Virgin, HRE Server, Yaragar map. I was playing well and had a K/D of like 80 kills and 5 deaths.

 In the server I was handshaking with xXxSnip3rzxXx_ExoArmor and I kicked him as joke, but he was naked and died from the kick!
 I was about to apologize but Kaldralinn kicked me out from server.

 I rejoined and then told Kaldralinn what happened. He did not answer right away but later said, "Don't grieve on me, son."
I am not his son and he does not have the right to call me or anyone “son” or “kid.”
 
 Shortly after, Kaldralinn then said "this map brings the worst of community up."

 Who is he to judge people who want to play and have fun?

 I answered, "Yes Kaldra I don’t see you often in other servers."

 He banned me in that point. But for what reason???

 Netz_Hre was there too, he can vouch for me. For fuck sake! How is it, that these kinds of people like Kaldralinn gets admin rights?
Then end up kicking and banning people whenever and for whatever reason they want!

 As soon as one guy came to my defense, they got muted by Kaldralinn  for simply asking, "why mikz got banned?"
First Kaldralinn said he banned me, "cause of leeching." Players still in the server said that I was not leeching.
Later on, Kaldralinn claimed I was banned, "for team killing."

 So for God’s sake, remove this guy’s admin rights, and unban me!! Please.

   After seeing you idling several rounds in full plate in the front (something quite recurrent from you the last months, since Blackfist era, not doing anything for the team = idling), and after I decided to warn the other player that spawned twice without body armor (silly server rule tbh), you simply decided to team kill him by yourself.

   You know the rules pretty well. So I acted and removed you. You rejoined and decided to grieve by insulting not with only that line you showed, but with an harder one, which you know very well.

   Since the first warning wasn't obvious enough, I decided to give you some free time to think about that behaviour. You're free to play again today, since it was only 1 day. Meanwhile feel free to join the adminless server EU_7 and proceed with such endeavour.

   After that, your clanmates went all mad at me, and had to get to the point of muting one of them for a brief period, which he apologized after for such.

   The server was full, Yaragar map, several witnesses of the real "happening".

   Kinda sad you had to resort to this kind of mediatic attention magnet process instead of first trying to talk with me or any other admin present (Netz p.e.), but I somehow understand problematic are hotheaded actions.


But there you go. Rules are rules. Could've been my closest friend or even a bloody NA/EU admin, the treatment would be the same. Smoothrich knows that very well.

 Conquistador_Jack_el_loco, my clan member, asked why I got banned. 1st you replied "cause of leeching." But everyone in that server knows I wasn’t.  You than changed your story and told jack a different reason, team killing. Jack than said "get your facts right," apparently you were offended by this and muted him so that he could no longer defend me.    Well played. He only said two things: why I got banned and that you need to get your facts straight. I don’t see how this is can be perceived as going “…all mad at [you]…”
Everything I’ve written is true. I’m going to upload screenshots later to provide my proof.

Well, now I also take part here !

First thing is: "Leeching" wasn't the ban reason, just tell me how a player can leech in plate armor on the front of the fence on Yaragar, with being in the top of the scoreboard. (Well, afk is the keyword here).


Second thing: His teamkill on xXxSnip3rzxXx_ExoArmor. Okay it was a teamkill, but of course, its real great of you, not even to give him a change to apologize (It seems like on purpose, but I believe it was a accident, a weird looking one).

Third thing: "Insulting" was also no ban reason. There was no insulting, he just asked why you instantly kicked him after the teamkill. And this point here:

Is sooo funny, because how he should talk to you about this stupid ban, when hes already banned, and out of the server?

This is also great, yes we all really started to hate you (!!sarcastic!!), but ... uhm ... why you didn't banned us then? Just a mute? Why you didn't muted Mikz? !No ban needed!

Koldborn is a very good and forgiving/patient admin and to be honest thats the first ban I've seen him deal out, where had it been up to me, it would have been many more!
I guess its because of his kindness that now some try to take advantage of him.
If now you're attacking him like this for his actions, you should have someone like Thomek (no offense Thomek, I luv u) to be admin there, then you will come beg Koldborn to be admin again.

No need to rip him off his administration rights, he is good admin(too kind often). Even a Teamkill for zeh lulz should be punished as a normal TK on purpose, he was only doing his "job".

If player mistakes admin can kick or/and ban. If admin mistakes... There will be consequences too. You think he doesnt deserve consequences cause he is "Nice" and "Good"? False again

Koldporn is a funny goodmin, kicked me once for calling him a retard so I can't really complain here, s'all fair.

Idling with 80/5 score is STILL leeching, no matter how you present it. You could have 300/0, but if you don't contribute for several waves - leeching.
Also, you intentionally teamkilled someone (Seriously, you know that kicking naked people DOES damage ), and then you insulted Kaldra, which wasn't very smart
And I'm pretty sure Karasu was just enforcing server rules, he wouldn't be so harsh otherwise I believe/hope not

 So why you then said that I got banned cause of teamkilling? I got kicked as log proves. And I got banned cause of...?
I really wonder how you cant separate two so differend things from each other

You have warm pretty sure feelings here but sadly it doesnt prove anything. If all was fair with you and him, doesnt change what happened today.

And as I said I wasnt leeching. Im sure Kaldralinn doesnt know either why I got banned. 1st he said leeching which is not true as all players in server says. 2nd he said tk but it was differend case also.

 Thing is that I got banned cause of way too small reason. And its why this thread is here.
