I'm fine with the second one but the headshot on the first screen is just ridiculous...
It's alright if you lose a lot of hp, when you get hit into the shoulder but getting 1 hit by that?

Those screenshots are after ragdoll. It doesn't show where it connected with a hitbox.

This. If you took headshot damage, you got hit in the head. The model may show differently as the hitboxes can be buggy, but it doesn't change where you're hit, simply a visual glitch.
