Hello, my name is Partyboy.  You may remember me from the thread where I sold Nova Amere. Today I'm here to hear offers anyone may have for the village of New Slezkh.

Located in the tundra of the North American map, New Slezkh offers high trade bonuses from most places on the map.  In addition to this, it's stats are:

• A maxed out goods price of 25
• A low tax rate of 9&
• A prosperity level of 686, and counting
• Seige equipment at 0 and knightly arming swords at +1 for some reason

As you can see, this is a fine village and I will now be considering offers for it.  I may also make an auction on the crpg marketplace for the deed.
