Today I will sort this mess out, unfortunately my computer did a crymoar to me and messed up with some bad blue screens of death so the shortest thing was to reinstall everything, I'm almost done with it.

Move it to Sunday 19.00 Central European Time (GMT +2). There will be two groups + knockout (semi-final & final). Should be over in 2 hours or so, between 21.00 and 22.00

Since 2 players and 1 Substitute suddenly can't come anymore I have to retract our team's application.

Why ? Cause of time frame ? I didn't think that 1 hour will make such a difference, its Sunday after all and people should go to bed earlier if they work on Monday. You can't please everyone with timings, nothing I can do about it.....

It's not because of the 1 hour difference, actually that would have helped a lot.
It's just that people "suddenly" remember that they can't come due to some reasons.
Makes our whole team fall apart -.-

Yeah I'm quite familiar with that one, it usually happens that way. If you have a clan of cca 25 men you can count on 10 at most for any organized event, sometimes not even that much. People just have problems with exact timing, they prefer coming and going at their own pace.

Well you can still play if you manage to get 5 men, hopefully subs won't be needed if none DC's.

I would only be able to get 5 guys tomorrow if I ask people that weren't mentioned in our team-lineup ---> breaking the rules

Don't you worry about the rules, they're made to be broken. Also: this tourney is about freedom.
