Nudge wouldn't be so bad, so long as there was a penalty for doing it such as not being able to block/hold an attack.

Also while we're at it, can we fix kicks? If I'm able to land them recently very easily, you know they're fucked up.

Nudging on EU3 duel mode is hella fun sometimes, but yes, it should be removed. I'm sure its not supposed to work like this

We ban people for team hitting a horse 2 times (lol), so this is definitely something we should not overlook.
