I've never played a server where people split up as much or as often as on EU1. No wonder range is having a field day.

I agree, but too many people use Longswords regardless. The Speed + Greatsword damage = No world outside of Longswords to some.
All 2 h swords are easy mode and sides wing spammable
1h is also spammable. Polearms are spammable as well (remember Niten_Doraku? One of the best pole spammers I've seen, extremely hard to fight against with shorter weapon). You see, any weapon is spammable if you fight against slowpoke.

never understood that 2h is the most whined about weapon. 2h animations imo are the easiest to block. they dont have broken animations like 1h left and polethrust. i'm guessing is just because 2h is a strong 1v1 weapon in mele. well fucking DURR...
