We`ve all seen this kinds of battles, owner of the fief is probably inactive, so a member of the clan, has to leave the clan and then attack the fief..

Waste of precious time, so here`s what I suggest :

Add the "Claim leadership of a fief" option in strat.

For example, X clan member is inactive but the faction needs the fief, so the Y clan member begins a vote claiming the fief, and now there are two sub options that I leave it up to devs.

A) People who have 8> faction rank can vote
B) All the faction members

What do you think guys?

No, you shouldn't be allowed to "take" a fief from anyone like this without them being able to stop it.

There should be something as you suggest to claim leadership of a fief, but there should only be one option, the fief owner should get "X" amount of time to either click "Yes, transfer ownership" or "No, keep ownership", if they don't make a choice in that amount of time (say a week, or 2 weeks) then you get to take the fief.

Otherwise I can see this being a problem where people can steal a fief from another person without ever having to fight for it.
