A few more notes after i finished playing through -
The other groups of survivors don't have enough quests. Even if its just random kill this horde, kill this special zombie or bring us this item, i'd like to see the other groups requesting missions. By the end of the game there were at least 10 groups of survivors that would not join me because i didn't have enough influence. (Im thinking maybe it has to do with the proximity of your base to theirs)
The interactions with the named groups don't seem very fleshed out, and there should be more interactions with them.
Take for example the city hall folk, i got 2 quests from them before they died, and i got one quest from ray before he disappeared completely to magically spawn cars at my base
The map is huge but does not force you to go to far flung places, most missions occur within running distance of your own home, with the exception of a few story missions. You could conceivably never leave the church base and still beat the game.
Guns are too abundant while ammo is too scarce. I realize this is the apocalypse, but this seems like very red state country where are all the damn bullets!
Overall I highly enjoyed the game and still plan on playing a while longer since it gives you the option to continue even if you beat the final mission.
