Well, Coalition has GK, HRE, and Fallen, Crusader Alliance has Templars and SB, Apostates has Mercs and Deserters and puppet faction Conquistadors, Steel Axis got Risen and Bros, CFA got a shitload of factions I won't bother naming, you can't possibly claim UIF aren't heavily outnumbered, and I remember a certain Gingerpussy crying like crazy about needing random small factions to protect Dhirim because mercs were way to weak to do it...
