xp loss-free respec for under level 20 chars

Rather then losing ½ of your experience, you can just get a level or two down, if you respec under lvl 15-20? And what if people levels up to 20 with 2H and then respecs to an another class? Would be nice, especially for those who are not sure which class should they take when they first start.

Skip the fun characters exist for a reason.

I would actually suggest that every new charkter, every retirement or respec starts at lvl20. that would make EU5 useless. but the frustrating time for low-level-grinding gets eleminated. specially dedicated archer or shielder are having a hard time with low levels as they cant rely on their choosen weapons. (archers hit nothing, deal no damage. shield breaks at first hit.)
The penalty for respec is anyway very high because you never get your looms.

True. But when I first started, I didn't know what was skip-the-fun. Played with my character, became around level 20, as an archer. Respecced. Became a 2H. Then respecced again, at least one more time.

Perhaps for those who just registered to the C-RPG may have one-month no experience loss respec, under the level of 20?

This would be practically the exact same thing as a STF.
I remember when there was a month long waiting period on respec for STF- you'd spec one way, and you'd wait a month before you could respec. It was changed to make it even easier to try new builds. If STF were put on the main c-rpg character page, maybe you would have noticed it sooner.

I think it works beautifully at the moment, really. The new people flood in when there's a sale and if they rage in the first ten minutes and quit because they only have a pitchfork and straw hat, they leave and they're gone for good. The ones who have interest in the game do a bit more searching around and learn about STF if they pose a question in chat or whatever. Those are the ones that stick around. It gives time for people to try out new builds, make new characters, and learn the basics.

Meh, good point. The only issue I want to raise here is that - it took me a couple of days to learn what STF was. And by then, I already had respecced once or twice.
