Asking prices on market are kind of high, you might have better luck if you don't go over 2 pts + 100k (value of approx 900k-1mill, still a bit high for all but the most sought after items really) or 1 pt + 500k (approx value of 900k-1mill, still a bit high as well) for a +3. Though of course, people are bound to accept bad offers eventually, provided they want the item enough.
