18-27 Pure 1h

Level 35
0IF, 2 Shield, 184 1h wpf. Playing without a shield on my stf was easier than I thought, so I should manage with 2 shield.

I plan to wear heavy armor on the light side, ~17 weight, will be as fast as a 7ath guy with almost no armor or 8ath in medium (very fast). I sacrifice IF for armor for even better protection tradeoff-wise and my movement speed is still fast. My playstyle would be pretty similar to BigSandwich if you see him play- use the shield until I get close to melee.

After a few months, I should get to lvl 36 and then have 5 shield.

Oh my San! That's a perfect build and it makes you almost imdefeatable! Please don't compete with me for next lessons. I only have about 2.6m.

I think I'm being reasonable. A completely over the top build would probably be 24/21 or 27/21. Sadly, I don't think either of us will get it for a while. The final you price you see in the auction is the price the guy who lost was willing to pay. I'm just surprised you wanted to switch over to a long range build.

18/27 is a killer fun build, especially with no IF. It's great if you're a technical fighter and you can win a lot of 2-3-4 v 1 fights with no armor if you have enough space and good footwork.

I can dig it, that sounds like a rather fun build. Nice to see one of the top-tier players doing something besides generic OP 21/21 or some such thing lol.

Also, approximately how long did it take you to get to 35?

That's a great build San.  I think 1h is better than 2h if you're pure melee (I personally like the 1h swords over 2h swords due to the speed of their swings and most of my fighting is close enough where the 2h sword reach won't be much of a factor).

Might be one of the best 1v1 builds available. Good pikemen and good heavy cavalry will ruin mass melee for you, but if neither of those are present, the build would indeed be great for ganks as well. Looks sweet.
I voted Gurnisson cause of his fucking bendy pike, I swear noone can roflcopter stab like he can.

Agree! On my opinion, NA admin should release more Training lessons but ban San buying it.

Anyone know how much the last batch went for? Just curious cuz I have a bit of extra gold and was curious if I could theoretically afford training lessons even though I don't think I'll ever need to :/

Last one went to 3.4m. Anyway, I have about 2.65m right now. You have to pay at least higher than that if you want this time.
