I don't know what the experiences of other mercs have been, but I personally have been removed from an FCC roster for at least two separate large battles while I was level 30+ and in TS for roll call. You have too many favourites! Or you might just take people off who do poorly as a rule, I'm not sure. I just know that could be a pretty decent reason why you have had a problem filling rosters a few times lately. I'd like to merc for FCC sometime in the future, but it's just not worth it to sit in TS and then get removed last second for some other dude who comes in with two minutes to spare.

Same here but sometimes I get removed a hour before the battle. I would sign up the day before when the battle shows up in the list.

It's a bit funny for me that on NA side you have to write post here to hire ppl to fight. On EU in prime time it's hard to get in the roster...

It's more of an attempt to get the best of the best so we can be selective instead of just getting 50 scrubs.

Yesterday I called roll for a battle for my faction and had 60 people show up to my TS3, many more bothering me in Steam, and like an extra 30 people signed to the battle but not accepted.

We've got folks. Just a lot of them aren't so great at the game.
