Despite Ganner's oh so wise advice about trying to be polite, I'm choosing not to be when there is blatant admin abuse.
I'd would here demand that my ban be lifted seeing as it was wrongly placed by admin Hospitaller Span who after getting accidentally TK'd by my hammer swing while trying to assist him on the siege server he promptly muted me after I told him to eat shit for giving me a Teamwounding Count. (I may as well be honest)

Outraged I chose to issue a kick-poll for him, for which he countered with a kick and ban. This all screams admin abuse and power trip and I demand justice.

Here's the thing, you team wounded him/her(not sure). OK since it's not intentional.

He reported you. OK, what the report system is for.

You told him "eat shit", not OK for obvious reasons.

He muted you, OK for reason above.

You polled him, Not OK because he did nothing against the rules.

He kicked/banned you for abusing polls(there for when admins are not around mostly) OK for reason above.

Spaniard is a good admin and I guess I don't quite understand what legitimate argument your trying to put forth.

I don't understand people, I banned you two days ago for attempting to poll kick artie for being a thrower... or did I ban you because you were wearing plate armor? I can't remember. It's definitely one of the two.

Yeah wonder if anyone can merge this into mine and I think this is the second time someones demanded I lose admin in the year or so ive had it. Dude you polled a guy to be kicked who was just playing the game the way its supposed to be played. Since it went through I gave you the same treatment you showed him. And the only time polls are enabled are in siege due to the fact admins visit less frequently as most prefer battle. This is to give the player base the ability to change from broken maps in rotation and to remove trolls and griefers. Those are legitmate reasons yet you went and polled alvin for what exactly? Because you were butt hurt he shot with his crossbow like he's supposed too? You were warned about poll abusing and by the sounds of it today wasn't your first time doing it either. Follow the rules from now on and you won't have any problems.

This isn't true at all. You are allowed to M somebody if they teamwound you, even if they did it by accident.


This is not the first time you were banned for poll abuse. You did it before. You polled me for no reason before, and everyone thought it was because I was teamwounding, and I was kicked. Span was there at the time. Then you said "he was kicked because the majority wanted him gone". I did not do anything wrong, I just shot you in the face with my crossbow. You were on the other team.
