I will be posting a challenge for every day, will incorporate them into a general load/rest scheme so anyone who wants to can do them every day w/o problems!
will begin on monday, may 27th. until then, anyone who can please post exercises they see fit for this. they should be simple, easy to perform and manageable buy the average joe.
try thinking of alternatives for different musclegroups, things that make standard exercises harder or easier etc etc : )

also understand that there will be a progress to more challenging workouts, but for now I want to start off so anyone can manage.
weekly challenge:find yourself either a hill of at least 20 meters or a good pair of stairs and do hill sprints.
it helps your acceleration, great shit.
try doin them 2 times this week, at least 8x20m, after warming up good.
remember to sprint up the stairs if using those, so that would be probably taking every 3rd to 5th step depending on your fitness.

then find something semi heavy and do either bent over rows (usually not with dumbells but a barbell, disregard pic

or do 1 arm "barbell" row
which it is probably easier to find a weight for. I recommend a bucket full of water.
find a weight with which you can do 3x10-16
