Thank god that Poland, being a post-soviet disneyland, is too dumb yet to execute its own laws. I mean, we have same punishment for driving a bicycle while being drunk and severly injuring a person with cut weapons 
And when you download a torrent its fine, BUT sharing it is illegal. Or how one of the biggest authorities in anti-piracy community turned out to be using torrented software himself in his company 
Or police, they barely can defend themselves against any sorts of assaults, and rarely never can use firearms against drunk idiots armed with knives, resulting in stab wounds or worse.
Don't come to Poland, we're already leaving it ourselves.
File sharing is illegal, downloading isn't.
Also, Hungary is almost exactly the same. If a person (gypsy) draws knife on a police officer, he is not allowed to use his fire arm on him no matter how much he feels his life is threatened.
Hungary has also been subject of international protest due to a law in Hungary that allows the government to perform internet censorships. Post-Soviet countries tend to go batshit, it seems.
It's so funny, because in Hungary, cheating is not considered a bad thing. Everyone does it, but if you get caught, that's another story. They cheat with gas meters, construction contracts, which is one of the most disgusting thing I've experienced so far. They make people pay for unfinished housing and lure them in with ridiculously low prices, then mysteriously go bankrupt and vanish along with the money. The documents get lost due to "mistakes" in beaurocracy, usually thanks to corrupt politicians who don't think their wallets are fat enough.

A week later "Thanks for your interest, but we are not hiring at this moment."

Free labour, because admitting to having worked illegally is not something most people would like to do, so it's not worth getting caught because of some greedy fuck running some sleezy ass restaurant or grocery shop. The worst thing is, that they don't realize they're fucking themselves in the ass.
I feel so sorry for my cousin who had been unemployed for 1 1/2 years, and when he finally found a job, it was literally the worst job you would want. He had to get up 5 AM every morning to sell some fucking fruits and vegetables.
The situation is so bad in Hungary. It's the same all over Balkan and farther east.
