Abuse of Voice Commands Ban (AKA The Stair Defence Epidemic)

Hello, I am Big Gay Viking, and it looks like I was perma-banned for 'over-use' of the voice command, and I am posting here for an unban from the NA100 server. I honestly was not expecting a permaban for something that you can easily mute ingame from your menu.
