As a victim of this guy - I was in Bogumili at the time and he kicked me too - I see the most harm done to the beautiful idea and concept of Bogumili.
If you're a random guy, you left your inactive clan or your old clan dissolved into thin air, Kulin provides a banner where others are playing too. So instead of being alone on the battlefield, you get the possibility to play with others.
The fun part was/is that you play with people you don't know or Veterans you've seen and heard of and there actually is teamplay. I experienced a lot of fun under Kulin's banner, enjoying some nice teamplay with strangers which I wouldn't have had otherwise.
And I am still thankful for that.
Harming this concept is worthy of a permanently banned account. So I vote: Keep him banned.
