awful stuttering after making a new install

i formated the computer today from xp to win7, the drivers are installed, everything is ok with that... but when i installed warband and crpg i noticed an annoying stuttering when playing in the second one, i mean, that doesnt happen in native, both singleplayer and multi
i reinstalled the game, deleted every folder related to crpg or warband and made several clean installs, tried some solutions related with stuttering that i found over this forum, but nothing works

the stuttering is not that terrible like the one i saw in some videos, but enough to take away my desire to play crpg...

cmon, somebody gotta know what im doing wrong... i noticed the same stuttering while playing SP floris mod, if that is somehow a clue....

I'm sorry John, I cannot help you. I'm too busy trying to work out how that bird is related to your problem.

Do you have WSE2 enabled? I was getting terrible frame rates before enabling that.

yeah its enabled, in fact the fps are always good, the graphic config doesnt seems to be the problem except with the HDR, if its turned on it gives me terribles levels of stuttering, without it the stuttering is much less noticable but its still there, you never know when it will apear


btw maybe it has something to do with the windows i installed? its a win7 64bits although i only have 2gb ram.... other games are fine, warband vanilla is fine actually, but i dont know, i just tried a million things and dont know what to think anymore

Im not kicked from any server, my problem is the stuttering, the game is skipping frames although the fps and everything else is running ok. The same thing happens in floris modpack, but not in native.
