Day 1. Upper chest - Front Delts
Day 2. Lats - Biceps
Day 3. Quads
Day 4. Rest
Day 5. Mid/Lower Chest - Triceps
Day 6. Deadlifts (- Traps - Rear Delts ) those two always Super Set - hamstrings - calves
Day 7. Rest
I do this cycle for 2 months, and for 1 month, I change it to Super Sets/Drop Sets and Failure Sets.
Although I haven`t been in a gym for like 4 and a half months due to some RL matters.
Any body weight exercises on this week routine?

I followed Tom Hardy (Bane from Dark Knight Film) with his press up "Warrior" work out that i saw in a magazine i get, what he did to get Gains for the Dark Knight film and Warrior film.

Circuit 1: 10 reps of each on your knees
Circuit 2: 7 reps of each on your toes
Circuit 3: 5 reps of each backside higher than shoulders
Circuit 4: 3 reps of each shoulder above backside
perform all circuits 4 times with 45 seconds between sets. recover fully after each circuit.
