bug with cd key?

Can anyone help me i can't play on my old account my old friend_WickWolf becouse it 1st lvl with no equipment  but on my web account it shows like it should be (30lvl with equipment).
1. I did not change serial nomber or activation code always used old one, cheked it on regedit
2. My login name 100% same with account name
3. I triend reinstalling
But somehow it changed -----  <_Punisher> your old cd-key, that has my old friend_WickWolf on it is 485773, the one you are using now is 365837

I can't join EU3(duel) it says Incorrect authorization key
But on EU1 i can join without nothing and with 1st lvl

I got the same situation and i dont think is a cd-key problem.After patch a can play on every servers but after bugfix only on the site all is ok.What now ppl?Any idea?

Well we tried to help you on IRC already. I don't really see any other reason for this except that your key really has changed. Would this be any help:

when i bought cd-key, they gave me 2 different keys. 22 and 16 letters. So after reinstalling the game i used the second one(22 letters is for older versions i guess). And didn't even know that the game thinks they are different. So after changing key, using this guide, cRPG works fine again.
