22nd_Epic_Spamzoid used qml vs me while i was fighting against two 22nd players on EU1.
I dont know if he was the other guy i fought but 22nd_rokema_the_pirate was killing me seconds after that.
It was in the middle of the round several admins where online and you can ask them if i ve been fighting.

I never used this against a non 22nd player who wasn't afk, I did it to my 22nd ally as a joke and it must have targeted you or something.

Sorry, this isnt enough proof to ban, it only shows him nominating you, not in what situation.
