Buff archer's damage and missile speed I'd say.
Rather missile speed and accuracy. The damage is extreme enough already, and could do with a (small) reduce if they tweak missile speed and accuracy for the better. And, repeating myself again, ranged looms shouldn't increase damage to make non-loomed ranged more viable. It would still be worth looming it because of increased accuracy, rate of fire and missile speed.

In the end he made a bad turn, and I one-hit him with my 1h sword. Horse archers without looms are ridiculously weak.
