suicide charging is running your character into the enemy at the beginning of the round to die quickly, sometimes they just alt tab and let their character run into a certain death sometimes they try to fake a fight but try to catch a hit as fast as possible. So if you are halfway the round and try to hold off the enemy while your team is retreating i would say it isnt suicide. it all depends on the intentions ofcourse, and only by looking at the suicide runner you can see what they are.
