Do you have the Java browser plugin installed? Or an outdated version of Acrobat Reader or Flash? If so, then you don't really need to do anything terribly out of the ordinary to get infected. It just takes one sketchy ad.

nope all adds and plugins is updated. also i update my windows every single day or at least when they release updates. im very keen on having my system updated. outdated system is like walking around without pants.

im using netbanking alot and my bank have made a small tool that runs in background (systray) and it keeps an eye with all the meantioned adds and plugins like java, flash and so on and tell me when theres something that needs updating.

To be honest, it is because some drama happened there and some people had an issue with the CRPG server admin, then they got banned and get shit on by people verbally. So this guy come back and posted 2406 posts that have virus link or  some other shit in it. Took the forum admin a few hours to clean up, then he did it again, this time 6000+ posts, all with some auto registering posting program.
Sorry about the problem, server administrator has banned that guy's ip so there shouldnt be more problem visiting MBCN forum now
