First off, there was no TK, so your second statement is false.

Truth is i meant to kick anders to mess around a bit, didnt think he would take it so seriously. being the angry dudley-do-right that he is, he instantly reported me, and even made a ban request. I mean i knew anders was a tool, but this is pretty petty.

If he's going to seirously use this then here's what going on in that picture.
I'm guarding the stairs up the house on NORD TOWN. He retreats up there and after we kill the guys going UP the ladder(archers, really) he attempts to kick me DOWN the ladder to my death, or injury. I told him "Nice try Asshole" and then subsequently people charged the house from the OTHER way. During this skirmish I team hit him and he makes that post and is now using it as evidence. You can check logs that someone dies within a few seconds of that team wound.

I guess I want to argue yes, but when I see petty dumbass posts by the same people to ban people, I find them quite ridiculous.  Also by you posting to instigate an argument out of me, you're being quite redundant yourself.  So Raccoon, lets not be hypocritical here big guy.

Also, I was at this incident, and I hate Anders, one reason why I'd defend a dumbass ban thread like this.

Addition:  Also, forums are meant to discuss / argue, so coming on here period means you're here to argue.  So if you can't put that together, then maybe you should just DELETE yourself.

I checked the logs around Ander's teamwounding - There appeared to be a fight going and was probably an accident.

I am banning Parakeet for 1 day for grieving and teamwounding.
